Bread of Life African Ministries (BOLAM) is a Christian faith-based nonprofit organization established by Shawn and Primrose Cox to confront the devastating effects of HIV/AIDS, abject poverty, and hopelessness.

BOLAM contributes to the physical and spiritual livelihood of vulnerable persons living in Africa. With special emphasis on children in Uganda, we provide homes for abandoned and orphaned children and in-home assistance to children and families in need.

BOLAM is beginning its outreach in southwest Uganda constructing and operating Keirungi Children's Village.
